The MindSet Group specialises in Stress Management and related issues such as Anxiety and Depression however we also provide an extensive range of training services which tackle issues such as Behaviour, Leadership, Teamwork and Communication amongst other areas.  We are also able to provide mediation services.

We pride ourselves upon being very different to most of the training & support organisations out there in that we cut out all of the nonsense, are only interested in positive results and only use effective methods of achieving those.  You will like our fair pricing too.  



The MindSet Group is a small independent non-profit company who work with their clients to produce effective and positive results. We do not actively advertise therefore you will likely have been referred to us by your doctor, nurse or a client we have already helped or you may have met one of our team at an event.  Whichever way, we are here to help whether that be in a highly confidential nature with members of your Executive Board or across your workforce or educational establishment.

MindSet Educational Shows
This aspect of our work is quite different but enables us to visit schools & colleges presenting a variety of curriculum and subject based interactive shows.  Fun as well as educational they span areas as diverse as:

Examination Nerves, Learning & Memory Techniques and topics such as Behavious and Bullying through to Crime & Punishment, The Slave Trade, Maths, Books & Reading, Confidence & Self Image, Science and much more.  

Many of these topics are tailored to individual needs and requirements to ensure they fit perfectly with your requirements.  All include active participation, a great deal of fun and highly memorable learning outcomes.
